The Fiduciary Review was first published in November 1933. For over 90 years, it provided subscribers articles and case digests involving select decisions of Orphans’ Courts and appellate courts of Pennsylvania involving trusts, decedent’s estates, guardianships, and other select matters involving fiduciaries.
On January 31, 2023, the fiduciary law firm Mannion Prior, LLP acquired The Fiduciary Review. Although the firm continued the The Fiduciary Review’s print tradition through 2023, in 2024 the firm began the publication’s evolution from the 20th to the 21st century. That evolution culminated with the conversion of The Fiduciary Review from a subscription-based print to a free (for new content) digital publication.
Current and reasoned analysis of trust and estate jurisprudence and legislative developments enabled The Fiduciary Review to become the premier source for information critical to the probate, estate, and trust bench and bar for nine decades. We look forward to continuing that tradition, digitally, as The Fiduciary Review approaches its centennial anniversary.
